W4B. Mindfulness Meditation on “Belonging”

Personal Growth | Registration opens 1/1/2025 9:00 AM

Description:  Feelings of belonging affect all people. Even though it is not wrong to have these feelings, the problem is thinking that it is. Loneliness is at epidemic proportions affecting people of all ages. The desire to belong is what makes us human. We can learn to feel more connected—it is wired into us. In this course, participants will explore the notion of belonging and practice some mindfulness meditation techniques to assist on the journey.
