Cultivate joy and enrich your mind, body, and spirit through the power of dance! Participants will practice safe, accessible dance technique and alignment, including the BrainDance, for improved balance, strength, and flexibility. We will learn dance combinations, creatively explore fundamental concepts that encourage self-awareness and expression, create short dances, and build community. We will have fun!
