Roberta Schiff, retired teacher of health education, life sciences, and social studies, has a master’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Kansas. Since the turn of the century, she has served as the coordinator of the not-for-profit Hudson Valley Vegans, an organization that combines social events and social action. She has presented lectures and cooking demonstrations at conferences and other venues throughout the country. She previously taught LLI classes on Dr. Greger’s How Not to Die and How Not to Diet.
