Join BILL members and others for a special

Floating Classroom on the Hiawatha PaddleBoat

Join your lifelong learning friends from BILL for another Middle Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association "Floating Classroom" aboard the Hiawatha Paddleboat. Sept. 9th’s lesson is entitled, "Riparian Buffers and Plant ID Walk" and will include discussion and activity with Penn State Extension educators Cat Pugh and Erin Trouba. A plant ID walk will be offered after the Floating Classroom. The onboard program runs from 10-11 a.m. with plant walk offered right afterward.  

Participants must provide their own transportation. If you would like your contact information shared with the other registered participants so that individual ride sharing may be coordinated, please email lifelonglearning@bucknell.edu by Sept. 2. The list will be emailed to all participants on Sept. 3.


 

  • Space is limited.
    BILL members pay $5.00.
    Non-members are welcome, but the cost is $10.00.
    Registration will be limited to BILL members until July 25. Non-members may register for remaining seats after that date.
