Let's Go Ape

There are good and bad consequences of returning to old haunts, in my case Uganda, a country that influenced me greatly long ago.  On the downside, my 2025 tour of Uganda did not turn the clock back 50 years, as I hoped it would.  On the upside, Uganda was a great place for animals and is in the process of reclaiming its past glories.  This may be truest for Chimpanzees and Mountain Gorillas, which probably are Uganda's biggest draws.  This presentation will support this claim, but not to the extent of ignoring the many other wonderful birds and animals that Uganda has to offer.
