Through Jan. 20, 2026, you can make your reservation directly with OAT to be a part of this exciting and educational experience. The travel group is limited to 16 individuals -- there is no extra cost for single travelers. Pricing (all pricing is per person):

- This listing in our BILL Registration pages is for informational purposes only. You cannot truly "register" for this trip except by booking directly with OAT. As of late December, ten members have committed to this trip, leaving six spaces available. Reservations will be accepted by OAT on a first-come, first-served basis, until all space has filled. You do not need to have a BILL membership to make your reservation, but membership is required by the time of travel (September 2026).
For those members who look forward to taking courses in the fall, know that our term has been pushed back to Sept. 21, 2026 in order to minimize the absences for those who want to participate in both this trip and BILL classes.
