Whether you are a novice photographer or more experienced this course will help you and your camera prepare for a trip, take memorable photos, and share your experiences. We will discuss researching your destination, reviewing your camera gear, and knowing how to use your equipment. As well, we will cover tips for capturing experiences and methods to carry and protect your gear as well as various ways to share your photos with others and how to preserve your memories. The instructor will share photos from New Zealand, Barcelona, and national parks to illustrate the different requirements of the traveling camera.

Debbie Biddle's love of travel began as a Peace Corps volunteer in Botswana, Africa and while completing a world circumnavigation. She is a member of the Clemson Photo Club and Carolina Nature Photographers Association, has won national and local photography competitions, and has been a photographer volunteer at Rocky Mountain National Park for 5 years.
