Via Zoom Virtual Classroom
Free to current OLLI Members; seating is limited.
Now in his eighth year as President, Dr. Clements has overseen significant growth in nearly every aspect of Clemson University, received numerous awards and has held leadership positions in such organizations as the Atlantic Coast Conference, American Council of Education, and the Association of Public and Land-grant University. Here he speaks to OLLI Members about University's present and future; participants will have an opportunity to submit questions for discussion.
The Clemson Insider Series continues in March and will next host Dan Radakovich, Director of Athletics as well as Dr. David Freedman, Chair of the Department of Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences, whose pioneering work in testing wastewater to measure coronavirus levels as a predictor of spread is gaining national attention.
Our deep appreciation to Dr. Fran McGuire who curated this program; Dr. McGuire is Professor Emeritus in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management and a current Clemson City Council Member. He was one of Clemson OLLI's founding fathers nearly 20 years ago.
