Russ Hutchins is a retired public school administrator. He holds an Education Specialist degree, in school administration, from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas, and teaches for Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at The University of Kansas and at The University of West Virginia and Charleston Academy of Lifelong Learning (CALL) at the College of Charleston.
