With just a few ingredients and plenty of flavor, you'll discover how easy and satisfying it is to make this chilled dessert, perfect for warm days and special gatherings.

Anay Fernanda Lazaro Alfaro was born and raised in Veracruz, Mexico. Halfway through life, she moved away from home to follow her dream of becoming a physicist. That journey took Anay all the way to Clemson University, where she is now pursuing a PhD in Physics with a focus on biophysics. She is also a proud wife to a kind-hearted Mexican guy and the devoted (and very pampering) mom of the sassiest cat you’ll ever meet. Beyond science, Anay finds joy in teaching, exploring nature, crafting, and cooking dishes that carry memories and warmth. She is thrilled to be part of this beautiful community and can’t wait to share a little taste of home with you!
