From the Cherokee to the construction of the lakes, Oconee County has an abundance of history ready for you to take in! We will examine the historic events, places, and people that made Oconee County what it is today.
Jennifer Moss is the Director/Curator of the Oconee History Museum. An Oconee County native, she earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Coastal Carolina University in 2005 and has completed master’s coursework in history at Old Dominion University.
