Zoom | Registration opens Monday, December 15, 2025 9:00 AM
The American Revolution began in Massachusetts in 1775 and quickly expanded into Canada, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania during the critical early years of the war (1775–1778). This course offers an in-depth look at how George Washington built and led the Continental Army, transforming a group of colonial militias into a fighting force capable of challenging the British Empire. We'll explore key campaigns and turning points—including the strategic captures of Fort Ticonderoga and the pivotal victory at Saratoga—that helped shape the path to American independence. Join us as we commemorate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution and uncover the people, places, and events that forged a new nation.
