Using AI Tools to Find Reliable Information

In-Person Class | Registration opens Monday, December 15, 2025 9:00 AM

AI will soon be in many parts of our lives. We in Clemson OLLI have an extraordinary opportunity to learn for ourselves how to take advantage of this strange new tool. Have you ever wondered which AI tools might be best to find reliable information? Do you want to know more about how to verify the sources that you find using AI? During this session participants will explore freely available AI tools with the AI Literacy Coordinator from Clemson Libraries, Dr. Anne Grant. This is a golden opportunity to learn from one of our own leaders in AI literacy.

Dr. Anne Grant has been a librarian at Clemson for over 20 years and has been serving as the AI Literacy Coordinator since 2024. She is a humanities research librarian and is the creator of multiple online resources to support a deeper understanding of ways that AI can enhance the search for reliable information.
