Daisy in the Rain
In-Person Class | Registration opens Monday, December 15, 2025 9:00 AM
These are not your old colored pencils!! They are a wax and oil-based pencil that gives brilliant color, and that can be blended to make another beautiful color. They are a wonderful tool for any artist. The pencils are easy to use, no solvents necessary, no turpentine smell, and no paint on your hands or clothes. Realism is possible, and abstraction can be fun too. Donna will help you draw your flower and then show you how to color and shade them to make some beautiful petals and leaves. If you want to add rain and drips … those too. We will use an 8x10 mat board and these special colored pencils to sketch and color a daisy of your own design. All the supplies are provided for you, including the mat board, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and fixative for the finished design.
