Their values and priorities are different from previous generations. This course will help you understand the differences between and similarities among generations, as well as the intergenerational and intragenerational issues driving (mis)communication. Ultimately, you will walk away from the course with lessons learned that can allow each generation to work toward ensuring the emerging generations are healthy and thriving, now and into the future.  

Dr. Paul Shotsberger is a retired professor of education who has been a student of modern culture for over 40 years, teaching, interacting with, and observing students from Gen X through Generation Alpha. He has served shoulder to shoulder with multi-generational teams and has come to love the emerging generations and their unique personalities.
