With their guidance, you will review the mostimportant elements of estate planning in South Carolina, including vital subjects such as wills, trusts, powers ofattorney, probate, estate taxation, and healthcare planning. They will clearly explain documents and techniquesthat every family should pursue, as well as some that should be avoided. A question-and-answer session will followeach discussion. William K. Hubbard attended Clemson University for his undergraduate studies in agricultural engineering and pursued law school at the University of South Carolina. His law practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust related work. Ashton R. Gottschall attended the University of South Carolina Upstate for his undergraduate degree in political science and the University of South Carolina School of Law for his law degree. He focuses on state planning and serving local business owners and entrepreneurs as general counsel.
