This presentation will focus on the rags to riches life and career of Dolly Parton, an American musical icon. The format will be lecture, accompanied by slides and videos. Attendees are encouraged to dress as Dolly Parton or wear their favorite country music outfit.

David Howcroft, leader of this course, is a self-professed Rock music aficionado who lived in England for three years in the early 1960s. He had a Georgetown University radio show, produced several concerts, and managed a record store.
