Enjoy cooking two wonderful recipes - Caramelized French Toast Casserole/Muffins and Sweet Cheese with Fruit Blintzes (a delicate pancake/crepe). Blintzes is a classic Eastern European recipe, and both recipes are family favorites. After cooking we will enjoy brunch with coffee and tea. Some participation required.

Rose Schecter was born in New York to a family with deep Eastern European roots (Ashkenazi Jewish heritage). Her maternal grandmother, who survived the Warsaw Ghetto, was a cook who used empty jelly jars as makeshift measuring cups to create her dishes. Over the years, Rose has lovingly adapted her grandmother’s recipes, from both sides, sisters and friends infusing them with her own creative touches.
