She is a Board-Certified Master Success Coach and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, and a guide in the Struggle Well program, which focuses on practical tools for resilience and growth after adversity. Greg Mullen is a leadership advisor, facilitator, and retired law enforcement executive with over 40 years of experience in public safety and organizational leadership. He served as Associate Vice President for Public Safety at Clemson University and previously held senior leadership roles in Charleston, SC and Virginia Beach, VA. His work focuses on leadership, decision-making under pressure, and helping individuals and organizations navigate challenges with clarity and purpose.
