Tara Wright, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC is a seasoned nurse practitioner with decades of clinical experience and a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve greater health, vitality, and quality of life through evidence-based, patient-centered care. Her work is rooted in a passion for functional health, holistic prevention, and empowering patients to better understand the many factors that influence wellness across the lifespan. Dr. Wright earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Clemson University, where she further developed her leadership, clinical expertise, and evidence-based decision-making skills. As an Advanced Practice Provider, she is especially passionate about hormone health, healthy aging, and helping adults navigate the changes of midlife and beyond with clarity, confidence, and compassionate support.
