LLC is sponsoring a bus trip to the Whitney Museum and New York City. Seating on the bus is limited (first come/first served) and will arrive downtown at the Whitney at 10:45 AM. Because the museum was unable to provide us with docent-led tours, LLC has ordered a multimedia tour device for each person in our group. (Preview of the museum and its collection at www.whitney.org.) To enjoy a spectacular view of Manhattan, take the elevator to the top of the museum and walk down the outside stairs. You will be free to explore the museum on your own for as long as you choose and/or to pursue any other activities on your own in Manhattan afterwards.

Registration fee is $60 per person and is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. This cost covers the price of the bus trip, tip for driver, museum admission and rental of the multimedia device.

The bus will leave from 10 Orms Street, Providence, across from the Marriott Hotel at 6:45 AM, same place as last year. Free parking is available at the site; enter the lot from the Charles Street entrance. Additional stop will be made at exit 3A, 95 South “Park and Ride.” In the evening we will leave NYC uptown from Trump Towers (Madison Avenue between 56 & 57 Streets), same as last year, promptly at 7 PM, and arrive in Providence at approximately 10:30 PM. The bus will make NO STOPS en route to the Whitney or leaving from Trump Tower, but it has a restroom on board.

We encourage early sign ups so that you are not disappointed. Due to high demand and limited space, you must be a member of LLC to register for this trip. Once we receive your online registration, we will email you the waiver disclaimer to be filled out online. (ALL REGISTRANTS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER PRIOR TO BOARDING THE BUS.)
