Format: Our instructor, Adam Stone, will lead you through effective, safe, and functional exercises and offer individual feedback to ensure you employ proper techniques that are appropriate for Seniors.
NOTE: The coordinator will record each session of this Zoom class and email a link to each class member. This is for your own use only and not to be distributed anywhere. You will only see the instructor, not yourself or any class member. The purpose is so you can practice the moves on your own time and pace.
ALSO NOTE: Participation in this class is at your own risk. Registrants will receive a waiver to sign after registration.
Resources/Expenses: You may wish to purchase exercise bands or dumbbells available locally.
