Zoom Video Conference | Registration opens 12/1/2025 9:00 AM

This is a repeat of a popular course that has been offered many semesters. Participation in this class is at your own risk. Registrants will receive a waiver to sign upon registration.

Exercise is essential for healthy aging. Come join us in this enjoyable weekly hour led by a highly experienced personal trainer. The benefits are tremendous!

The exercise sessions focus on flexibility, balance, strength training and aerobic conditioning. In researching his book Super-Aging, physician scientist Eric Topol discovered that an hour of strength training weekly reduces mortality by 25% and improves multiple facets of our health. A highly trained and flexible personal trainer is key.

Our trainer, Adam Stone personalizes every work out to accommodate each participant’s health issues and needs. In his goal to improve our health while avoiding injury, Adam is always available. Learn more about Adam Stone/STONEFIT.

Format: This popular class is on zoom: you only need a small space and some inexpensive equipment. The class is recorded—featuring just Adam—and distributed to the participants. Each participant will get personalized feedback on their form, technique and modifications.

Resources/ Expenses: You will need free weights, a band to place on the legs, a mat, flexible bands with handles. Resources for purchases will be provided by the coordinator.

Coordinator: Judy Nudelman—nearly retired family physician who loves this class and has seen too many people harmed by less experienced trainers. Coordinator Emeritus Sam Shamoon.
