Smart Moves is an exercise class where you will learn the necessary steps to continue “aging In place” in the most productive way. The class will help you build strength and endurance and help with balance and flexibility. You will be taught standing, but chairs will be available for balance. This program will take place at the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center in Manassas, where parking is readily available. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
