Just in time for Halloween! From the native people of the area to the present day, Prince William County residents have told stories about the area we live in. Some are of the unquiet dead, others about terrifying monsters that lurk in the woods. Many have a basis in events or people we can find in the historical record. Historical interpreter J. Nathan MacDonald will lead us in a discussion of these tales — whether they are tall or not is up to you to decide. After the presentation, you are welcome to visit the historic jail and museum. Come if you dare!
