F25-112-A WILLING WARRIORS RETREAT AT BULL RUN
Class | Available (Membership Required)
Willing Warriors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2012. Their flagship program, the Warrior Retreat at Bull Run, is a peaceful 37-acre “Home Away from Home” nestled in the scenic foothills of historic Bull Run Mountain in Haymarket, Virginia. The Retreat provides cost-free respite stays for wounded, ill, and injured service members and disabled veterans, offering them and their families a much-needed break from the clinical environment of medical centers. During their five-night stay, Warrior families can rest, reconnect, and enjoy meaningful time together in a serene, supportive setting. Faith Lillemo will present an overview of Willing Warriors and guide a tour of the Retreat, including both the Lang and PenFed Houses, homes for Warrior families during their visit, as well as The Grand Lodge, a six-bedroom residence designed for group programs.
Parking is limited and carpooling is recommended.
