We often think of artists flocking to New York or the West Coast to study and practice. However, many artists have made the DC area their home. In this presentation, docent Sara Shoob will highlight some of the creative people who have lived, taught, and worked locally. We will also look at a number of individuals who continue to make DC a vibrant artistic community.
