F26-1008A SHERIFF'S OFFICE PRESENTATION & TOUR OF THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER
Class | Registration opens 9/14/26 12:00 AM
The Prince William County Sheriff’s Office was established in 1731 to provide law enforcement and jailers for the county and towns. Today, the sheriff’s office provides services to Prince William County, and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. Sheriff Glendell Hill is a constitutional officer who was first elected as sheriff in 2004. Sheriff Hill will provide an overview of the sheriff’s office mission and the important role the office plays in public safety. In addition, he will discuss the programs and services they provide to the community including special programs for children and seniors. Following the presentation, there will be a guided tour of the Adult Detention Center (ADC), a fascinating place and not at all like what you see on television. This is a special opportunity to learn more about our ADC.
