This class will discuss David and Mary Pace’s visit to Africa in search of the “Big Five” safari animals: lions, leopards, elephants, Cape buffalo, and rhinos. Their quest will take them to South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana, with a stop at Victoria Falls. The climax will be a close-up view of a confrontation between a pride of lions and a herd of elephants protecting their young. Come see how it ended.
