Hiking is a great way to exercise, to get outdoors and explore nature. You'll discover the many health benefits. Learn the rating scale of difficulty for hiking trails and how your fitness level will dictate which trails you can or can't do. Discover plyometrics and other ways to get conditioned for hiking. I'll go over the planning and prepping you'll need when going on a hike. What type of gear will you need. In closing, I'll review some of the many local hiking trails.
