The Foundation was established to support and celebrate the future USS Arizona (SSN-803), while also honoring the legacy of USS Arizona (BB-39) and the 1,177 men lost at Pearl Harbor. Our presentations often include the history and legacy of USS Arizona, the importance of the future submarine bearing the name, the role of today’s Navy, and the Foundation’s educational and community outreach efforts.
