Beer 101

We will discuss the cultural and historical significance of beer and fermentation while also looking at the process of beer production and brewing sciences. This class will be at our OKC production facility, so we will also be touring the facility and seeing the process firsthand. We will taste different styles of beer and discuss the economic, cultural and sociological impacts of the explosion of craft brewing. This class will be both fun and informative.
Matt Sullins
Matt Sullins is the general manager of Stonecloud Stillwater Patio & Taproom and has worked in the beer industry for more than 20 years. He has worked for breweries and distilleries all across the country with an emphasis on staff education and community outreach. He also used to teach a Beer 101 class to industry professionals in Chicago for many years.
