In this course, we’ll meet weekly for lunch at a different locally owned restaurant with patio dining. At each one, we’ll learn about the history of the restaurant, the owner, the food and how the menu was inspired. Most importantly, we’ll eat. Planned locations:
5/19: The Bradford House Restaurant
5/26: Holiday (no class)
6/2: The Press in the Plaza District
6/9: Hal's Pizza Kitchen
