How does it apply to a university today in 2025? In this class, we will trace the origins of the 1862 Morrill Act and its subsequent legislation that impacted not only the U. S., but around the world. How has this mission been carried out in Oklahoma for more than a century? How does it shape policy and strategy for OSU in the workplace and classroom on campus today? Come learn and discuss.
