Dive into the science of plants and how they work. Under the guidance of an educator with a background in teaching high school and leading Extension education programs, you’ll experience hands-on activities to determine how photosynthesis works, what the different parts of a plant do, and how plants impact humans. Pot up some plants to take home using vegetative propagation. Tour The Botanic Garden and learn about the behind-the-scenes science of the displays and what it takes to keep the garden looking good.
