These courses are the creation of Dr. Sabiha Parveen and her colleagues. This eight-week program will include in-person and online group-based activities aimed at improving and maintaining some of the critical cognitive and communication skills (including auditory attention, working and short-term memory, problem-solving and language) required for safety, independence and engagement in daily activities. These group sessions are available for anyone who is interested in learning ways to keep their brain active and prevent cognitive decline.
