Whether you bring material you’ve written in the past or begin a new work, this course is for beginners and experienced writers alike. Sidney Brammer

Sidney Brammer spent more than 20 years teaching creative writing, including screenwriting, playwriting, fiction and memoir writing, for Austin Community College in Austin, Texas. This followed a long behind-the-scenes career in the New York and Los Angeles film industry and regional theater. She is also a published short story writer, a former journalist, editor, produced playwright and screenwriter, and an award-winning short film director. She earned her MFA in Creative Writing from the Rainier Writers Workshop of Pacific Lutheran University and her BFA in Theater at the University of Texas at Austin.
