Feed your mind and your appetite! We will be reading two books by Oklahoma authors. Each week, we’ll gather for lunch at a different locally owned restaurant to enjoy great food and discussion about a book. The following week, the author will join us for lively discussion & questions! Our first book is This Land is Herland: Gendered Activism in Oklahoma from 1870 - 2010's (Sunu Kodumthara will be joining us for one meeting). Our second book is Haunted Oklahoma City (Jeff Provine will be joining us for one meeting) - Just in time for Halloween! Whether you're a seasoned bookworm or just looking for a fun way to connect, this eating-and-reading club is a delicious way to combine literature and local flavor.
