Join us for a five-part series exploring pathways to better living through movement, music and medicine. Each week features a different expert sharing insights on physical, cognitive or community wellness. Topics include prehab and injury prevention, the inspiring story of Stillwater’s dementia-friendly choir, and resources from the Stillwater Medical Foundation. Whether you’re looking to stay active, stay sharp, or stay connected, this series offers practical knowledge and uplifting perspectives to support your well-being at any age. Amanda Coble



Amanda has worked as a physical therapist for nearly 15 years. She is currently the Clinic Director at Physical Therapy Central Stillwater. She received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Evidence In Motion. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Pre-professional Athletic Training from Oklahoma State University. As part of her thesis, she conducted research which led to poster presentations at the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Annual Conference and publication of abstracts in the Journal of Athletic Training.

Sarah DeYong

Sarah DeYong is a voice teacher and performer. She is a member of NATS Texoma and the Singing for Health Network, UK. She graduated from Boston Conservatory at Berklee with an MFA in Musical Theater Vocal Pedagogy. Her master’s thesis was entitled, “Voice Teaching within a Student’s Window of Tolerance: Upholding an Ethical Scope of Practice in a Trauma-Informed Studio.” Through her research, Sarah found a passion for trauma-informed pedagogy and continues to research, refine and apply these principles as she navigates the balance between encouraging and challenging her students.
