Penny Holt
Penny Holt, is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in marketing. She has worked in marketing research, advertising, public relations, sports marketing and marketing strategy for over 40 years. Penny has taught Financial Wellness classes throughout the state of Oklahoma and has worked at a large regional bank. She is now a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor with Oklahoma Community Credit Union where she has been since 2018. Penny is involved in various community activities and is a graduate of the Stillwater Citizen's Police Academy and Stillwater Leadership Class 32.
Dr. Jennifer Clark
Dr. Jennifer K. Clark is a Tulsa-based physician-educator with over two decades of experience in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Palliative Medicine. She is the author of Suffer., an award-winning book that invites us to reimagine suffering through the lens of human development and self-actualization. In addition to serving as a volunteer medical liaison at Clarehouse, Dr. Clark speaks, teaches, and consults internationally—fostering deeper dialogue about what it truly means to live and die well.
Stacey Jones
Stacey L. Jones is a Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Educator with Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Services, where she develops and delivers research-based educational programs that serve diverse audiences—from preschoolers to older adults—throughout Tulsa County. She provides leadership to the Oklahoma Home and Community Educators (OHCE) and collaborates with community partners including the OSU Center for Health Sciences, Tulsa Health Department, Catholic Charities, and local nonprofits to strengthen families and improve community well-being. Stacey also manages program budgets with strong fiscal oversight, consistently maintaining positive balances for both FCS and OHCE initiatives.
In addition to her Extension work, Stacey is an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern State University, where she has taught a wide range of courses including Psychology of Infancy and Childhood, Psychology of Adolescence, Family Life Cycle, Adult Development and Aging, and Positive Guidance Techniques. With nearly a decade of experience in higher education and community outreach, she is dedicated to equipping students and families with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive.
Stacey earned her Master of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences, along with a certification in Infant Mental Health, from Oklahoma State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Family Science with a major in Dietetics and a minor in Business from Northeastern State University. Her professional background includes work in family education, mental health services, and community health initiatives, with a career-long focus on strengthening families and building resilient communities.
Kelley Scott
Kelley Scott is a nurse who has been caring for dying people for 40 years. Her experience includes inpatient oncology, bone marrow transplant, chronic ventilatory care, home hospice case management and serving as a palliative nurse consultant with an inpatient palliative care service. Kelley is the Founder and Executive Director of Clarehouse, in Tulsa. Nationally, she serves as the Executive Director of Omega Home Network and provides consulting and mentoring to aspiring social model hospices. Kelley is a frequent speaker in end-of-life education and non-profit start-up and development.
