No experience? No worries! I will teach each dance with/without music so that everyone can learn and be able to participate. Expect to learn 3 or 4 dances during the first lesson. They will be reviewed and danced again as we go through the session. One or more new dances will be introduced each week.There is nothing better for you! Dancing has physical, mental, and social benefits! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that will glide and allow turning. A slick soled sneaker will work fine. If you have dance shoes, by all means, they would be even better.
