Stillwater | Registration opens 1/6/2026 12:00 AM CST
Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is a community-based exercise program consisting of three eight-week resistance training courses that are held twice per week, designed to promote functional fitness and lifelong independence. The program also teaches individuals how to lift weights safely in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Each class lasts approximately 50 minutes, including a 5-minute warm-up, 40 minutes of guided exercise, and a 5-minute cooldown. A key feature of the program is its community setting, which encourages participants—friends, spouses, and other community members—to reconnect or build new relationships.
