We will focus on the what, how and why of everything beer related with a specfic emphasis on the historical and cultural significance of beer and brewing. We will dive into the four ingredients that make up beer, the differences between beer, cider and mead and look at the history of the processes and ingredients that formulate our favorite beverages.
Matt Sullins
Matt Sullins is the general manager of Stonecloud Stillwater Patio & Taproom and has worked in the beer industry for more than 20 years. He has worked for breweries and distilleries all across the country with an emphasis on staff education and community outreach. He also used to teach a Beer 101 class to industry professionals in Chicago for many years.
