Ideal for seniors, those with limited mobility, or injury recovery, these classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, and mental well-being through safe, guided movements.
Abbe Belcher
Abbe is an E-RYT 200 instructor with over 1100 hours of teaching. She is certified with YACEP (Yoga Alliance (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®)
She started teaching yoga in 2019 with special emphases and training in chair yoga and yoga with weights.
