[NEW COURSE] We’ll read and discuss Mrs. Dalloway in a deep and leisurely way. This complex and pathbreaking novel embodies Woolf’s personal life, the influence of the Bloomsbury group, the Great War, and radical cultural changes of the years leading up to its publication in 1925. We’ll use films, photography, and other elements to help expand our understanding of the novel. Enrollment Limit: 25 Discussion, Reading, Writing

Lisa Jadwin, Ph.D. (English, Princeton University), has 35 years of teaching experience, has won teaching awards, and has taught college-level courses on detective fiction for more than two decades. She is a retired professor from St. John Fisher University.
