People who use libraries tend to think of them as havens or sacred places. People who work in libraries know them to be vibrant places bustling with many different types of people who walk in with wildly different, and sometimes conflicting, needs. Adrienne will share stories from her 26-year career and give you a peek into what public libraries are today and how they have (and haven’t) changed over the last few decades.
