W49Th Conversational Spanish: Intermediate Level (Hybrid/In-Person)

[NEW COURSE] Would you like to maintain and improve your Spanish in a fun and supportive small group environment? Then this is the class for you! As a group we agree on the format and share the responsibility for moderating each session. We all read the same section of a book as homework (around 30-45 minutes) before each class and bring in supplemental materials for additional interest. We try to keep all conversation in Spanish, helping each other with unfamiliar words and grammar. This is a no-pressure environment.  Enrollment Limit: 12  Discussion, Reading, Peer Group

Kathy Lewis

Kathy Lewis, who has taken several of Roz Rubin’s Spanish courses, is determined to keep Spanish alive and well at Osher in the winter while continuing to get acquainted with their classmates.

Michael McCue

Michael McCue studied Spanish in high school and college. While he has used his Spanish in his work and travels, he is still learning and has not mastered the Subjunctive forms.
