Sp10M Alaska: "The Last Frontier" (Hybrid/In-Person)

In-Person | Available (Membership Required)

[NEW CLASS] Four Osher at RIT women traveled to Alaska late last summer. Opting not to do the “cruise thing,” they wanted to explore areas off the typical tourist route, meet Alaskan residents, and move at their own pace. This presentation will interweave their experiences during this three-week adventure with highlights of Alaskan history and geography, traditions and culture of its native Americans, and many spectacular wonders of the state. Plentiful photos will illustrate their experiences during three weeks in this great land of Alaska. Audio/Visual, Lecture
