We will review recent cases as they appear in the news and learn how the case was brought as well as the reasoning behind the outcome. Michael Schnittman is a retired lawyer who started out as a general practitioner and ended up specializing in creditors’ rights. He continues to practice by representing less fortunate clients pro bono.
