The Darwin Martin House and the Revolutionary Architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright
Dan Singal is Professor of History Emeritus at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. He is a specialist in 20th Century American History, with a focus on intellectual, cultural and political developments. His 1982 book, The War Within: From Victorian to Modernist Thought in the South from 1919 to 1945, won several prizes. He is currently working on a book on the history of American modernism, which will include a multi-chapter section on Frank Lloyd Wright.
